Welcome

McClain is a non profit organization in Tampa which currently consists of three group homes with developmentally disabled individuals whom have jobs in the community, participate in workshops or attend adult day programs. Individuals participate in a wide variety of recreational activities throughout the year.

Our Homes

Woodlawn Avenue

Our ladies group home was dedicated on June 22, 1980. The home has the capacity to house eight ladies.

Stall Road

Our mens group home houses eight men and was established on January 10, 1993. This home is located on the grounds of St. Paul's Catholic Church in the Carrollwood section of Tampa.

We work diligently at being good stewards with your gifts and state funding. 95% of McClain, Inc.'s budget goes directly to supporting the individuals who live in our group homes. Less than 1% of our budget is spent on fundraising (we do not hire professional fundraisers). There's so much help your donations can bring!
